These servers are currently offline due to problems at the datacentre.

This has been confirmed to us a power related issue. We will notify when receive an sort of ETA on a resolution from the datacentre.

Hi,
Power has been restored, but is currently being tested to ensure it remains stable. Once this has been determined servers in the datacentre will be powered back on.

Hi,
The datacentre has started powering up machines once again in the affected areas. We would expect our servers to come back online in the next 15 or so minutes.

Hi,
All boxes are now back online. They will take a few minutes to boot back up and then settle down to their usual load levels.
We will be posting a full incident report once the datacentre has established the cause of the problem.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this unscheduled downtime.
