Having used NetHosted since March 2005 for hosting of my part-time web business and multiple client websites it's about time I posted my opinion of the service.

My main day job is also in IT for a large corporation and in that job I rely upon support teams to solve infrastructure issues for me. There are two types of individuals who work in those teams. There are many people who will deliver what I require and get the job done. Then there are a very few others who will add that bit extra. They won't give up if they find a problem that isn't their responsibility, they'll go the extra mile, dig out that useful extra bit of information, and they'll make my life easier. Here at NetHosted, Andrew is one of the latter.

Having experienced consistently excellent levels of support from NetHosted over the past two and a half years I am pleased to to be able to strongly recommend NetHosted hosting services.

5 years on (hard to believe!) everything is still really good. Excellent in fact. It could only be better if it was free - but that might be expecting a tad too much. Service is still great. Performance too. It all just works.

See you in this thread in a years time I expect.

Well, here we are, 6 years in. Another year older. More grey hair. 2 babies added to the family. No time to do anything much apart from the essentials - I hadn't actually visited this forum in 6 months until a day or so ago. So it's a good job that I haven't needed to because the service has been fantastic as ever. Yet again I expect to be back here next year!

Good grief! 7 years in - where did that go? I'd like to be able to tell you that the customer service is still as good as it was last year - except that I can't because I just don't know since the last time I needed it was in Dec 2010! The web sites I host here run as smoothly as ever, so no need to contact support. All is good! Still expecting to be here next year too.
