Hi chaps,

Is access to the SMTP servers restricted when abroad at all?

My Dad's in France at the minute and can't send mail out when it works fine in the UK.. or is it likely to be an ISP issue out there (Orange FR)?

Hi,

Nope this isn't restricted at all, if you let me know the IP / login name via PM or ticket I'll see if I can find anything in our logs to indicate what the problem is.
