Just thought it was about time that I posted in here, I've been a Nethosted customer for a good few years now and I've had nothing but fantastic service.
Helpful replies in a matter of minutes via the ticketing system are always appreciated as a site admin with forums full of unhappy users if there's a problem ;-)
NH are more than just head and shoulders above the vast majority of hosting companies, I've had a few bad experiences with trying to get other providers to respond to support requests but I've never, ever had an issue here, far from it 
So much so that even though it was a real stretch at the time, I moved away from a cheap VPS solution onto a NH dedicated server because I knew how good the service would be - and you haven't failed me
You're fantastic chaps, keep up the good work
