Hi

Despite spending a long time working through unsubscribe procedures, the crud keeps arriving which didn't when I was using a cloudmark based anti-spam service.

How do I go about claiming under the 14 day guarantee?

Hi,

As I stated before the emails you mentioned simply were not spam, they were opt-in marketing emails with an unsubscribe feature, if their unsubscribe feature is not working you can block them with cPanel filters.

If you wish to claim under the 14 day guarantee please submit a support ticket.
