Hi,

There is a domain name (.net), I would like to get a hold of, and it has the expire page up.

The domain is registered with GoDaddy and it is a .net domain.

What is the best way to get a hold of it?

The best way to increase likelyhood of catching a dropped domain is to use a dropped domain catching service such as pool.com or snapnames, I believe most of these are no win no fee type places so if they do not catch the domain you don't have to pay anything.
