I found this Knowledgebase item... http://www.nethosted.co.uk/knowledgebase/email-setup/how-to-set-up-microsoft-outlook-2007-for-secure-email-access-on-nethosted.php ...really very useful.

I searched for, but could not find, a similar article for configuring BlackBerry access to mail hosted with you.
Could I please request that you create such a guide, please? (Or do the instructions vary from one BlackBerry model to another so much that this is not practical?)

Failing that, could you at least provide a checklist that I could work through for troubleshooting?
Specifically, I am trying to discover why messages that I can see in WebMail are not getting to the BlackBerry? (I can send messages from the BlackBerry without any trouble.)

Mark,

It may be best to send in a ticket here so we can discuss account specifics. Specifically it'd be useful to know which emails you are seeing in webmail that don't appear on your Blackberry.

Well, I tried to post it but I keep getting ...
"403 - Forbidden
Access to this resource is denied."

What's happening? Am I doing something silly or is there an issue at your end?

Sorry about that, your message triggered a security mechanism on our server. I've tweaked that so hopefully it will work now, if it does not simply send me the ticket contents via a private message on these forums.
