Hi,

There is no option to reset your account although a member of staff can do this for you if requested. I have restored the public_html folder from our most recent backup taken this morning.

Thanks,

Andrew

on a similar note, I have been playing around with all the apps and web sites features over the past few weeks.
I now want to reset one of my domains back to as if it was a brand new install, because in testing with FTP im sure I have deleted stuff I shouldn't have.

I looked at the options to do that and I am thinking that I would need to terminate account and then recreate..

is that right, or is that a sledgehammer approach! anyones advice is appreciated..

Thanks Phil

Hi,

If you are not worried about keeping any files on the account then terminating and recreating is definitely the quickest and easiest way to do this.

Regards,

Darryl

No, you should not tick this box, if you do then you won't be able to create the account again until the DNS Zone is deleted which you would need to contact us to do.

Regards,

Darryl
