I'm ont he basic hosting package, and I need some more disk space. I have no problem with paying for more, however I have a suggestion. Currently you charge £1.50 per month on a recurring basis, which I am sure is fine for lots of people. However, have you considered an option where I could pay up front for a years extra disk space, for a reduced charge (of course!). Something like a year for £12 ? you would have less administration costs (I think?) and us the customer gets a good deal!

This does sound like a good idea, I am not sure we could reach that pricing but we would be able to price it a bit lower due to the savings in transaction fees. I'll update you later today.

Nick,
We have now added disk space and bandwidth addon's on annual payment, these offer a discount of 2 months free per year when compared to the monthly payments.

excellent, thanks very much. I've cancelled my future payment schedule, and will wait until the month I've paid for expires (I assume I'll get notification of this?). I will then pay for a year in advance.
