I have received the following e-mail:
"The account with the username *****, is running out of disk space.
Please remove some files from this account, or ask the administrator to increase your disk quota.
This account has used ****% of its allocated disk space.
!! Do not respond to this message. Your reply will go nowhere. !!"
I am concerned that this is the case as I am on Power plan? Please advise as to what I need to do to rectify this. |

Hi,
You can either delete some files or purchase additional disk space, either via a plan upgrade or as a product addon.
You can find a breakdown of where your disk space is being used by logging into cPanel and going to the Disk Space Usage icon, this will show you and give you an expandable tree so you can see exactly where this is being used. You can then delete files via cPanel File Manager or via FTP.
If you wish to purchase additional disk space you can do this as addons via the Client Area, using the Order Account Addon option. If you wish to upgrade your plan then view your hosting plan in the Client Area using the My Hosting Plans option, once you click your plan you will see the option to upgrade if you scroll down.

| Thanks Darryl, I will take a look. Have just received another warning which now implies that I have since used an additional 100MB! I have only recently added a max of 10 products to my shop (all low res pics and minimum description copy?) |

Hi,
If you let us know the username via a support ticket we can look into this, it seems unlikely 10 products should use that much space, realistically the disk usage for just that should be only slightly over the total size of the pictures/media added for these products. You can see the disk usage breakdown as mentioned in cPanel though so perhaps this should reveal where this usage is.
