Downgrade from Reseller to Shared info needed

Hi,

I am thinking about downgrading from Reseller to Shared (Power plan + Power Pack) and would like to know some info.

1. If I want to downgrade, how would I go about doing it?

2. Is there a charge to downgrade?

3. Do I stay on the same server?

4. How many websites can I host with the power plan and power pack is it 7 or 8 in total including the main account?

1. Ensure you are within the limits of the account you wish to downgrade to then submit a ticket requesting this.

2. No.

3. Yes.

4. 7.
