| |
Hi there
Am just configuring the new 121212.org.uk domain for my client. I've tried setting up a "catch all" and also a "forwarder" for info@121212.org.uk yet nothing is coming through when I send anything to any address on the domain..
The site goes live in just over an hour. Any idea what's wrong?
Cheers

Hi,
This is due to the "No local address filter" not being disabled in ASSP, this must be done for any catch-all methods to work. I have disabled this for you now, if you can check and confirm this is all working correctly.
Regards,

Is there something blocking emails from Twitter? I'm trying to use this email address on the new account connected to this website yet none of the confirmation emails from Twitter are arriving at it.
twitter@121212.org.uk
I tried another email address and it worked instantly.

Hi,
The email from twitter arrived fine, however the spam system scored the message as likely spam and it was therefore placed in your spambox folder.
Thanks,

Garry,
Twitter uses unique from addresses that's why whitelisting isn't effective. I have attempted to whitelist known twitter.com IP addresses but I can't guarantee my list is complete.
Thanks,
