I have just been asked if it is possible to have a site hosted somewhere else (mainly a holding page) and have the email routed through a nethosted email hosting account. Is it just a case of changing the MX records ??

Paul,

That's correct, just change the MX and you'll be able to use our email account with a domain hosted elsewhere.
