Hi,
Nethosted support is the most responsive I've ever experienced and they are helpful over and above the standard hosting offering. Typically the response is minutes rather than hours. Outstanding!
I'm an IT project manager and have plenty of experience in dealing with a wide range of suppliers.
Also they don't take the p*** if you submit a dumb newbie question :-)
