I was immediately impressed with the packages and pricing plans on offer here and after browsing this forum for a few minutes it became clear that nethosted customers hold the company in high regard.
I emailed the company with a few technical queries and got a prompt positive response, so decided to take the plunge.
Within fifteen minutes of placing my order I was able to get started on uploading to my site - I'm running a database-driven website - and have had no problems whatsoever, in fact the control panel is very much more user friendly and self-explanatory than any I've come across before. But at the same time I get the impression that help would be there should I need it, particularly important for someone who might be starting their first websites.
So marks out of ten for my first 24 hours - easily 10/10 |
