Four years excellent experience with nethosted.co.uk
The setup in 2006 I won't forget. Some minor difficulties as expected (I'm a bit challenged in the domain of website design) but pertinent support within minutes which blew those difficulties away without hassle.
Since then no problems. It just runs and runs and runs.
Whenever I have had a question, e.g. re. domain renewal formalities, the responses are instant and clear.
Apart from the reliability of the system the support - which always goes the extra mile - could serve as a much-needed paradigm for some of the other crummy "support" offerings out there (if they could be bothered to learn).
