Boy am I having problems

Have had to transfer site from one host to a new account but can't seem to access either via webdisk or ftp.

Could someone please help as I would like to transfer the data to minimise the distruption caused for site being down.

I have created an ftp account and I'm trying to connect using Filezilla but still no joy.

Help is very much needed.
