i am trying to get my entire site into dreamweaver.
i connect using ftp.
i click 'get files' and in the remote site pane a folder named / appears. this is the only folder (this must be the root level folder?). this folder will not open.
how do i access my sites folders ( where are they?) and download them into dreamweaver?
i am using dreamweaver MX and on making connection using ftp this message appears "dreamweaver cannot determine the remote server time. the select newer and synchronise commands will not be available"
thanks.

Hi,

I'd suggest sending in a ticket as I can't see any login attempts to the FTP server.

Thanks,

Andrew

I've solved this - by clicking passive FTP
