Hi,
We've been working hard to bring you improvements in our website functionality and usability, and our latest improvement is our new knowledgebase!

With this we have updated and rewritten much of the previous knowledgebase content, as well as adding many new articles based on our real world solutions to client submitted tickets. We hope that this will be more widely used than our old knowledgebase, and we plan to add to it often as we find issues arising that people may need solutions to.
We also have a new support page which gives you quick access to all our support methods in a logical fashion, which we hope will provide solutions to many common problems before a ticket submission is needed. Rest assured we shall be providing our same rapid response and quality support to tickets!
