setting up a filter to sort out some email.
I have a filter set up to filter out email " From" xxxx@aol.com "equals" "Action" discard message.
These emails still come through to the SPAM folder as spam.
Do more rules have to be set up to discard some persistant spam.
I know I don`t have to look in the Spam Folder, but its always best to keep an eye on it. Its just that some persistant Spam is annoying me, and this spam is passing ASSP all the time , thats why I have started using the filters. |

Hi,
It seems the cPanel filter isn't getting applied due to the way ASSP handles this via Exim.
I have manually blocked emails from this address as it's clear it's only sending spam.
Thanks,

Thanks Andrew, its one of my familys old email addresses, he gave up on aol and I let him use a mail account.
Like I said ASSP seems to be handling most but this so and so was a persistant one. |
