Outgoing to be auto BCC to another email address?

Hi,

I don't think this will be possible but will ask anyway.

Is it possible for out going mail to be sent to after email address and to the person it meant to go to, without using CC or BCC, or is it something I need to be looking at, at the email program?

I know incoming email can be split by using forwards.
