Hi there,
I'd like to get into the webmail to delete some emails from the sever, but access is denied - as it says I'm over quota.
It may be related - Venus has just re-thrown the last three months or so's emails at me - Outlook downloaded over 1,000.

Sally,
I believe I've tracked down which account you're referring to and I've increased the quota by 20MB temporarily to allow you to get into webmail and clear some space.

Thanks very much - I've been into the webmail and deleted most of the stuff off the server.
However, for some reason I'm still receiving multiple copies of emails.
For the second time today Outlook downloaded the last 1,200 email messages. A similar thing has happened on my Blackberry to a lesser extent - so I think the issue might be at your end.

Sally,
I see two occurrences of large email downloads via POP3. The first was caused because your account was full and the second just now was the one that should make things "correct" again (as in Outlook and our server will now agree on which messages are new).
I'm confident you won't see this again assuming you allowed all messages to download.
