Hi,

Server: Venus

Email timing out, other email is ok and http is down, not sure if anything else is.

We are currently rebooting it as there is a load spike which has made it inaccessible.

Hi,

All sites are accessible again, an issue with MySQL after reboot meant this took longer than anticipated, apologies for this.

I take that back, seems to be back to normal now.

Garry,

Things will take a while to return to their usual speeds after a server reboot as caches need to be rebuilt and people tend to flood the server with requests upon it starting again.

Is there still an issue with Venus? I stopped being able to access my email on my phone earlier today .... I assumed it was my phone. But now I'm home, it's the same on my PC - login fails.... asking for my new password?
