Could I get a site on Venus?

Hi,

If I was to order a new shared hosting package, would it be possible to put it on to Venus.

Reason being, one of my admins work on the off-shore oil rigs, the site is currently on Mercury and it is blocked, from browsering it.

The admin has a site that is on Venus, and can browse it fine.

I don't want to move the current account from Mercury to Venus, as I have just talked a friend through changing there may settings, which was took awhile, even thought it was just the case for them to change venus to mercury

No I'm afraid it's not possible. All new accounts go on Mercury, if they are unable to access Mercury it could be because their IP is blocked at the firewall level. Let us know their IP and we can check.

His IP is: 194.105.165.157
When he on the offshore rigs, they seem to limit websites, so the problem, could be a rig firewall setting.

Hi,

That IP is not blocked. New accounts can go on Mercury or (in some cases) Sun.

That is a shame.

I request to cancel (immediately) my reseller, yestarday that was on Venus, that was done yestarday, does that make any differents?

So there is no way you would setup a shared Power Plan on Venus?
As I am sure you are aware, I have been a customer of yours for many years, I may have messed about with dedi IP's over the time, but that should be no more.

Hi Garry,

We've discussed this internally and are willing to make an exception in this case due to the nature of the issue you are describing and because your reseller account was removed from the server yesterday.

When ordering please can you specify in the comments that you require the account to go on Venus.
