htaccess and rewrite.script

Do I need to use .htaccess in apache,

and do I need to remove the rewrite.script files from my drupal 7 sites when I move them across ?

Is this the code to rewrite to the www ?

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^mysite.com[nc]

Hi,

We do support rewrite rules and to utilise them, you will need to place them in the .htaccess file as you mention.

The code looks ok, but the best way to check if it works will be to give it a go in the .htaccess file

I am going to alter the DNS at the registrar to point to the new site.

To confirm : I need to change the

primary nameserver to ns19.net-hosted.com.

and secondary to ns20.net-hosted.com.
