I often find myself needing the nameserver details or email server names, etc. I can find what I want through the forum search but it would be nice to have an FAQ section or sticky post for this sort of thing just for convenience.

You could also add Q&As like how to access cPanel behind a firewall using cPanel proxy, how to access webmail etc. I'm sure there's loads more that could be added.

Our helpdesk software does have a FAQ facility no doubt it'd be a good idea to start filling this with above mentioned FAQ.

I'll put it on the todo list.

Is it possible to make the links in the FAQ work, like making the cPanel Proxy address here  a hyperlink? Just makes it easier for people rather than having to copy and paste the link.
