Dears,

Is it normal that the public schema on my database is owned by postgresql?

I cannot delete it then of course.

What could I do?

Thanks!

Best regards,

Raphaël

Hi,

This is expected. You are free to create other schema's.

Thanks,

Andrew

Mmmhh, in fact, my tables are not schema aware, it's why I use the public one.

How could I still not choose the schema in my code? Using the set schema_path? Do you know if I have to execute this statement each time I do a request or could I execute it once for everytime?

Thank you for your quick reply

Hi,

I'm afraid these are more PgSQL specific coding questions and are out of the scope of our support.

Sorry,

Andrew
