Problem on Sun?

It's being a bit wierd- email download is intermittent; sometimes takes a while to connect, then goes in fits and starts.
I can't send an email (to an internal address) I get either a timeout or server did not reply.
Tried a ping: -
Pinging nabd.co.uk [94.76.198.168] with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.
Reply from 94.76.198.168: bytes=32 time=47ms TTL=60
Reply from 94.76.198.168: bytes=32 time=49ms TTL=60
Reply from 94.76.198.168: bytes=32 time=51ms TTL=60

Ping statistics for 94.76.198.168:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 3, Lost = 1 (25% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 47ms, Maximum = 51ms, Average = 49ms

(same result twice)
Cpanel loads fast enough, but the status page is very slow although load is between 1 and 1.5.

Hi,

Sun is currently having some issues with packetloss, we have a network engineer investigating this, it does mean that connections aren't working perfectly at present, apologies for this inconvenience.
