I have a basic hosting plan for three domain names. If I want to upgrade to reseller, is there a minimum length contract, or is it just a month? Can I downgrade to my existing package later if things don't go as planned?
If I do upgrade, is it just a matter of using the "order now" button on the reseller page?

Hi,

You can upgrade and downgrade at will. The minimum term contract for a reseller account on a monthly payment is one month.

You should order an upgrade via our client area. Click on My Hosting Packages -> Then your package -> Upgrade/Downgrade Package.
