Hi,
Had problems accessing sun just now for a few minutes... similar happened yesterday. The main nethosted site was fine but all our sites on sun were inaccessible, ping was intermittent (75% lost packets). Any thoughts???

Hi,
We noted this as well and have raised a query with the datacentre. They have agreed to attach monitoring equipment to the switch to help establish where the issue lies.
