Can you shed some light on this please:
If I set up a new account in WHM I can access it with this address:
http://ipaddress/~myaccount/
But the pages don't view properly (or some not at all). The site is a Drupal installation.
Is this something I have to live with?
I was hoping to get a site working before the domain name propagates.

Hi,

This is because Drupal and many CMS's hardcode the site URL so it won't work correctly when accessed via a different URL. A way around this is to setup a hosts file entry as explained in this post in our knowledgebase: http://www.nethosted.co.uk/knowledgebase/domain-name-setup/dns-configuration/editing-the-hosts-file-on-windows-xp-vista-mac-osx-and-linux.php

This will enable you to access the site via the URL without nameserver propagation on your local computer.
