Over the years I've used a fair few hosting providers. Without a shadow of a doubt, the NetHosted guys are (in my humble opinion) head and shoulders above the rest.
I'm no techie by any stretch of the imagination but the NetHosted reseller package is fast, well configured, easy to use and excellent for serving up my Drupal CMS-based websites. On top of all that, you're guaranteed a super fast, clued-up support team who are always on the ball.
