Transfer Domain and Owner

I currently have a domain and hosting package. I will require to tranfer the registrant of the domain to a 3rd party and also redirect the domain to another host.

I wish to retain my hosting but I will find a new domain to register.

If you could advise how todo this it would be great

Hi,

You will need to send in a ticket with the details of the domain you are looking to transfer. The steps required to transfer a domain away from us depends on the domain type.

If it's the master/root domain of the hosting package that you are going to be transferring away and you wish to utilise your package for a new domain then a one time £5 charge applies for the transfer of the hosting account over to the new domain.
