It's too resource intensive and buggy - we wont be using it any time soon...!

Really? The impression I get from it and its users had only been glowing. A number of other hosts I'm using have it installed and I've not seen any complaints from them.

Also, I've personally not come across any bugs whilst using it...

I believe AW-Stats is the better option to use personally. I've just converted my 2 personal webservers to it from webalizer after comparing Urchin and AW-Stats.

AW-stats is just better all-round.
