A friend of mine is helping to sort out one of my sites and asks:

Could you ask them (ie. you guys) what settings are required for FTP to work? I've set up an account and used the correct settings, and all I get is:

Could not connect to server “ftp.*****projects.co.uk”.
Server closed connection.
I'm using Transmit on a Mac, if that makes any difference.

Can you advise?

Please send in a ticket detailing which account this relates to and from which IP address they are trying to connect.
