If you wish to transfer part of an account such as a specific hosting plan and/or domain to a new owner please submit a ticket detailing which items you wish to transfer and the following details of the new owner:

We can then create a new account and move the required products to this account.

Your WorldPay email address and password are the ones that you used when you created the agreement. If you have forgotten your password you can recover this using your agreement ID, this will be written on the payment receipts that are emailed to you.

Please note that NetHosted cannot recover your WorldPay password, if you have no way of retrieving this please submit a support ticket and we can cancel the agreement so you can set up a new one.

Navigate to “My Hosting Packages”, click “View Details” on the package you would like to cancel and click the “Request Cancellation” button. These web hosting package types can be cancelled at any time.

If you would like to cancel your dedicated server hosting account then you can also do this from the above link but you must submit the cancellation request 7 days before the next due payment for the request to be processed in the current billing cycle, otherwise the request will be processed in the next billing cycle.
