SquirrelMail / RoundCube won’t send attachments
If you are having problems sending attachments through webmail, the most common cause of this is cPanel Proxy. This software is no longer required to access webmail through port 80, as it has been replaced by an inbuilt cPanel function. This allows new accounts to access many services on port 80 with no additional applications. This can be used for accessing webmail, cpanel, webdisk and whm for reseller accounts, simply access your these via the subdomain, e.g. http://webmail.yourdomain.com
If you have previously installed cPanel Proxy and are having this problem please contact support and we can uninstall this and setup the new cPanel feature on your account for you.
