- Services Configuration Help:- Our technicians will help you initially configure and answer questions on services configuration including cPanel, Direct Admin, DNS, Apache etc.
- Services Restart:- If you lose a service, we will restart it at your request if you do not have access.
- Server Troubleshooting:- Server not performing well, we will help you troubleshoot it and make recommendations for performance improvements based on our observations.
- OS Patch and Security Updates:- We will update your computer using CentOS Network or Microsoft Update at your request upto once a month at no charge.
- Hardware Replacement:- We will replace hardware at our expense with onsite spares.
- Hack Recovery:- If your server is hacked we will help you figure out why and then help you secure it for future use.
