Hi,

I am currently on your Starter Reseller.
Now if I was to upgrade the account to either the next one or the one after.

I would want to use private nameservers, as I would want to sell hosting, anyway could the nameservers be another domain and not the main domain.

So for example:
main account domain: abc.com
Nameservers domain: def.com


Now if I went for the Pro which is 25 accounts, how quick would it be to upgrade to the next package up, are we talking hours or a day?

I haven't tried this before as I don't think it has been requested, but I can't think of any reason it would not work.

If you are currently on Mercury which I think is the case then we could upgrade the account straight away.

Yes, I am on Mercury, just need to work on some plans.

Push comes to push I would request a master domain swap, may do that anyway.
