Hi Bret, Thank you for getting back to me. I want to move over the .com domain but the 60 day hold rule hasn't elapsed. Will NetHosted supply me with the IP address or MX records to allow the current company that holds the .com domain to point at your email server, until I can do the transfer? Also can I confirm that with the professional email package, I can sync outlook/calendars/tasks to any mobile? Regards, Eri |

Hi Eri, We will provide the server IP / MX record so this can be pointed at us from external DNS, if you sign up in the next few weeks at least this will be titan.solardns.com as the MX record, but you can confirm this after sign up. You can sync your email to any mobile, but calendars/tasks is not something that is part of our email service specifically. It sounds as though you may be thinking of a Microsoft Exchange service which is not what we offer, our email hosting is linux based using standard SMTP, POP and IMAP protocols so do ensure that this is what you require as we do not offer MS Exchange hosting.
