Hi, There used to be an add on price list on the website somewhere (I think) but I can't find it now. Can you point me to it if it still exists? I'm looking at moving a club website to Nethosted and they need something half way between your web basic and web max options. A bit more disc space in particular would be useful and maybe a few more email accounts compared to web basic. Cheers, Colin |

Hi Colin, Currently I don't believe we have the extras page up but I think it would be useful for us to add this back, so I'll mention this in our next meeting. I'm afraid currently we don't offer the ability to order additional email accounts as a package addon. We do offer the ability to order additional disk space in 1GB intervals priced at: 1GB Disk Space = £4.00 excl VAT @ 20% per month. If you have anymore questions, please let me know. Regards, Jack |

1GB extra £4 x 12 x 1.2 = £57.60 per year Web basic (including 1GB of space) £50.34 Can I have 2 x Web basic instead?? At your next meeting it would be useful if you could ask Andrew to consider setting up a package somewhere between web basic and web max maybe? Bonus question: You accept payment by credit card, paypal and bitcoin. Can you also accept bank transfer? |

Hi Colin, I'll bring up your request for having 2x Web Basic combined in the meeting too, I'd suspect this will be okay but will need to confirm. I've noted down to bring up this and the possibility of an in-between package and will push for this as it would be beneficial in my opinion. We can indeed accept Bank Transfer payments. Hi, We do actually have an extras page available here: https://www.nethosted.co.uk/hosting/extras/ You should also be able to see most of these via the Client Area product addons interface. At present we have no plans to create a middle plan, this is a business decision, but we are happy to accomodate custom requirements and as such would be fine to offer you a Web Basic x2 plan, this will need to be manually setup so if you can submit a ticket requesting this, referencing this forum post we'll be able to get that sorted out for you. Thanks Darryl - I knew I had seen a price list somewhere. There are a lots of things to consider and people to get the ok from but it is likely you will get another customer. We may go for a reseller account so they might arrive that way. Cheers, Colin |

I had a customer who wanted an in-between package, but Nethosted said we are not interested. They went elsewhere. |
