Hi, I am currently on Titan on the Starter Reseller (old reseller package) and am thinking about upgrading to Reseller Max but would like to know the following 1. Would I need to move servers? 2. Is there a differents in CPU and Ram from what I am on to the Reseller Max? 3. Are private nameserves included, if I want them? |

Hi Gary, I've included the answers to your questions below: 1. No, you're currently on Titan which supports upgrades to newer plans. You won't need to move servers. 2. Our Reseller Max plan includes max CPU & RAM allocation (the highest we offer), which is double of our medium allocation you'd find on the Web Basic plan for example. 3. Dedicated IP addresses aren't included so private nameservers won't be provided with the upgrade. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks! Regards, Brad |

Hi, How much would the 2 IP be on a monthly cost, to use as Nameservers? Could 1 of those IPs double up as an IP for SSL usage? Finally how much is it for a master domain swap? |

Hi Garry, The dedicated IP addresses are charged at £3.95+VAT per IP, per month and could be used for SSL if required. A Master Domain Swap is also charged at £5+VAT. Kind Regards, Bret |

Hi, One last question. If I decide to upgrade to the Reseller Max, before my current bill is paid on the 9th July. How is the billing done for this, do I pay the differents to the 9th July or would it be from when I do it, plus July payment? |

Hi Garry, You pay the Pro-Rata difference in the plans up until the 9th of July at which time you renew at the normal cost. Regards, Jack |
