I recently upgraded to a reseller account but the Site Builder Software (RVSiteBuilder Pro) is not available on any of my sites?
Is there a specific action I need to perform to make the site builder available?

Hi,

This is not available on the server that you are currently on, if you require this you would need to be migrated to a different server. If you are migrated this new server requires secure email and FTP authentication which is something to be aware of. Please send in a support ticket from your registered email address if you require this.

I was using sitebuilder before I upgraded to reseller acct, is there anything I need ot be concerned about with regards to the secure login authentication you? if not Ill raise the request to move the sites over

Phil,

The security settings you needed to use before for SMTP/IMAP/POP3 and FTP on your account that was on Venus previously will now apply to all accounts on your reseller account should we do the move to Venus.

yes please, i am familiar with sitebuilder and want to continue to use it.
If it affects me no more than having to set my ftp clients for secure access then I have no issue. i will raise a ticket if necessary, let me know?
