Greetings back again,

I've a coffee meeting with a friend and customer next week and I'm going to speak to him around:-

He has 3 domain's set-up under 3 different accounts so it's not the best use for his storage space as he's a photographer and has need to show accounts his work.

I would like him to move two accounts under a main control account, is there an easy way to do it or will we have to manage it manually?

Hi Ed,

I believe you are trying to move 3 cPanel accounts to a single account, adding 2 of the domains as addon domains, would that be correct?

If this is the case there is no way to automate this I'm afraid, it needs to be done manually, if there are large files we can assist with moving these if it helps, just submit a ticket detailing which files need moving.

Yes that's right.

As I guess I'll need to cancel one domain to then create as an add-on inside another would you be able to hold the files while we did this?

Hi,

Sure that's not a problem, we can take a copy of the public_html folders for you and restore these once you've set up the folders for these, just send in a ticket with the details of the accounts you wish us to do this for.
