Hi, Can I have instructions on how to successfully create custom name servers please? Once created do my clients accounts automatically get updated or must this be done manually. Many thanks, Will (working hard on building my reseller brand!) |

Hi, You will need to contact support to get the IP addresses for the name servers. For instructions to create name servers it can depend on the domain register, as they normally need to be created there end as well as NH end. No they will need to be manually updated to the new name servers at the domain register. |
