Is there an easy way to automate the process of someone buying a reseller service from me and it being set up (like it is with you when you buy the hosting or upgrade) that can be set up ???

Hi Paul,

The only way you would be able to implement reseller setup would be through either a Dedicated Server cPanel/WHM or VPS cPanel/WHM setup as Reseller's aren't able to create reseller accounts.

If you meant purchase a reseller from us and have it automatically order and such we don't currently support the ability to do this.

Regards,

Jack

Sorry, I mean as in clients buy normal hosting packages fully automated from my reseller account, as in they log on, buy now and its set up automatically for them instead if them buying the package then me having to set it up through WHM manually

Hi Paul,

Ah, I see!

There is the cPanel/WHM API that can do this, WHMCS is very good at managing this. Are you using a particular billing client?

Regards,

Jack

Hi Paul,

I personally and I presume a lot of other Web Hosts would advise using WHMCS as it's very good for it's billing and the automation side of things.

You should be able to take a look here: http://www.whmcs.com/demo/

Regards,

Jack

I am getting this after installing

"License Invalid
Your license key is invalid. Possible reasons for this include:

The license key has been entered incorrectly
The domain being used to access your install has changed
The IP address your install is located on has changed
The directory you are using has changed
If required, you can reissue your license on-demand from our client area @ www.whmcs.com/members/clientarea.php which will update the allowed location details."

Hi Paul,

WHMCS is a paid billing client, you'll need to purchase a license to use this and enter the License Key that is provided by WHMCS.

Regards,

Jack

Hi Paul,

Indeed, it's the billing client I would recommend for sure.

Have a good night/weekend.

Regards,

Jack
