when trying to log onto my account using https://mercury.solardns.com:2083/login/ I am getting this Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from mercury.solardns.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). mercury.solardns.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to mercury.solardns.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. Either an attacker is trying to pretend to be mercury.solardns.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged. You cannot visit mercury.solardns.com right now because this certificate has been revoked. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later. I am using the latest version of chrome on Win 7 any ideas ??? |

Hi Paul, That's odd, I'm unable to replicate this from here and of course the SSL Certificate is valid. Could you try using Firefox or another browser and see if it prompts with the same error? I tried with Firefox and Chrome myself and neither gave an error but it does seem to be a local issue. Clearing your cache in Chrome may also help. Kind regards, Brad |

Hi Paul, Ah, right. Perhaps it's caused by a recently installed extension on Chrome? If you have any enabled you could try disabling them, clearing your cache and retrying. In any case, it is indeed a strange (and scary) error! Kind regards, Brad |

Hi Paul, Could you please confirm clearing your cache and disabling any extensions doesn't help, and are you able to access Mercury's cPanel successfully using a different computer with Chrome? We've tried from multiple locations and aren't able to replicate this, and we've received no other reports. Kind regards, Brad |

Hello, Just to let you know, started to get dns errors on a lot of sites and page not available messages. Called ISP and was told there were problems and to reboot router after 11pm all done and its now working fine so im putting it down to an isp network error of some sort. |
