Hi, wonder if someone can help me get to the bottom of a 550 email error. I have a user who is trying to email one of the accounts on my domain (hollandfamily.org.uk). The emails bounce back with "550 This server does not handle mail directly". I don't really know if this is an error at my/nethosted end or at the senders end. Any help much apprecaited! thanks, Nick |

Hi Nick, By the sounds of that error it would lead me to believe that they are sending the email directly to our server rather than via SOLAR Anti-Spam as per your MX settings, please open up a support ticket with all relevant information including bounce-back and I'll be happy to take a look for you.
