Hello,
Please could you organise for me to get back into my sallyatkinson.co.uk webmail so I can clear some space.
I understand from other users that you email warnings when disk space quota is almost reached; I never seem to get them.

Hi Sally,

No problem, I've added an additional 50MB temporarily so you can access your account and clear some space. This will be removed automatically in 24 hours.

I'm unable to tell you the email address that is used to send the disk space notifications here on the forum, however if you create a ticket I'm happy to help you with changing this.

Hi Sally,

That's strange, I'm able to see emails stored on the server. Are you logging in via IMAP or Webmail?

Hi Sally,

It appears the index file for your email account had corrupted when the disk space quota was reached. I've just generated a new one, could you please confirm this has resolved the issue? Thanks!

Hi,
Most of the emails seem to have come back, but there's a gap between Thursday and today, I'm pretty sure a couple of emails will have been sent to me in that time.

Hi Sally,

I'm unable to see any emails on the server from Thursday to today, so either no emails were sent during this time or they were bounced due to the disk space issue. The latest one on Thursday was at 18:34 and I can see one was received today at 11:55.
