Hi Nethosted team, could Titan be undergoing some maintenance at the moment? Cannot connect on the usual: https://titan.solardns.com:2096/ with this error message: "Secure Connection Failed The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem." whereas connecting via my domain webmail.mydomain.co.uk works just fine. Thanks, Bernd |

Hi Bernd, Everything on Titan is working as expected and no maintenance is currently being performed. Based on the fact that you mention using the webmail.yourdomain.tld subdomain works fine, this is potentially down to the connection you're using and a firewall that may be in place. Are you able to access https://titan.solardns.com:2083/ to access cPanel or do you get the same issue? If you do, are you then able to access cpanel.yourdomain.tld instead? Kind Regards, Bret |
